Liability

ESNR’s liability towards any participant for:

1. any breach of the agreement between ESNR and the participant; or
2. any other act, omission, event etc. by ESNR

is limited to cases of unlawful intent and gross negligence by ESNR. Any further liability of ESNR is hereby explicitly excluded.

Force Majeure

ESNR will in no case be liable for any damage, loss, costs or expenses incurred due to or in connection with an event of force majeure (including but not limited to strikes, war, fleet, travel or other governmental restrictions, epidemies). In such case, events carried out by ESNR may be cancelled, carried out in amended form or at a different place without ESNR being liable to the participants and any ground whatsoever.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The agreement between ESNR and the participant relating to the carrying out of the congress and the participants attendance including any and all ancillary services related thereto are subject to the substantive laws of Switzerland exclusively.

Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the agreement between ESNR and the participant shall be settled by the courts of Regensdorf, Switzerland
