Registration includes:

• Admission to scientific sessions
• Certificate of attendance
• Coffee breaks and lunches during the congress
• CME Credits (subject to confirmation from EACCME)

Registration Rates:

** Medical students can register for a special fee of 95 € to the ESNR Annual Meeting without any deadline. If you are a student and would like to register, please send an email to meetings@esnr.org with the proof of your student status, ESNR Central Office will send you a discount code to register with the student fee.

Early Fee: before and on 15^th July 2024
Regular Fee: before and on 31^st August 2024
Late Fee: after 31^st August 2024

Carefully consider becoming ESNR member first. This can be done online here, takes only a few minutes and will give you a considerable discount on registration fee

Cancellation Policy :

Cancellations should be received in writing by the ESNR Central Office via e-mail to info@esnr.org.

• Cancellations received before or on 15^th July 2024 – eligible for full refund
• Cancellations received after 15^th July 2024– no refund

Please note that refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the Meeting. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Should you require a letter of invitation, please note that the processing time for the letter will be up to 1 week. Please make your request in advance, after you have completed the registration process.

In order to issue a letter of invitation please provide the following information:

• Copy of passport
• Institutional Address
• Personal Address
• Registration to the event

Please note that the letter of invitation will only be issued if required for the VISA application.
