• Clarion Hotel Malmö Live is the venue of the ESNR 2017 Annual Meeting.
• Room reservations will be made through Dekon Congress & Tourism.

§ Please make your reservations early, bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.

§ Rooms will be reserved only after receiving one night deposit by credit card or bank transfer, and will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Payments should be completed before or on 11 July 2017.

• The accommodation rates cannot be changed or reduced.
• For reservation requests on or after 12 July 2017, full payment by credit card or bank transfer will be required for confirmation.
• Hotel check-in time is 15:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. If you expect to arrive earlier than the check-in time and require guaranteed check-in on arrival, please make your hotel reservations for the day before.
• Clarion Hotel Malmö Live is only two minutes by walk from Malmö Central train station.
• Prices are quoted in Swedish Krona due to Swedish Laws however you credit card will be charged in EURO according to the official daily exchange rate.

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation:

· Cancellations or changes should be received in writing by the ESNR 2017 Organizing Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to esnr@dekon.com.tr

Please do not contact the hotel directly.

· Cancellations received before or on July 10, 2017 – eligible for full refund.

· Cancellations received between July 10 – July 31 2017 – one night deposit will be deducted from the refund.

· Cancellations received on or after July 31, 2017 – no refund

· Please note that accommodation refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of ECNR 2017, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

· In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be non-refundable.

· Late arrival /Early Departure Fee - If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total cost of accommodation will be charged and no refunds will be issued.
